1) No medical advice
Information on this website and in our messages, including automated or AI-assisted replies, is general information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. A physician-patient relationship begins only after a consultation with one of our physicians. Your candidacy, graft count, treatment plan and price are confirmed at your consultation.
2) Emergencies
Do not use our website, forms or messaging for a medical emergency. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
3) Messaging and AI-assisted replies
When you message us through Google Business Profile or another channel, some replies may be generated automatically by artificial intelligence (AI) and are reviewed or followed up on by our team. Automated replies can be incomplete or contain errors, so our staff will confirm important details such as appointment times, pricing and treatment information. Please do not send detailed medical information, Social Security numbers or payment card details by message. Messages sent through Google are also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. You can stop messaging us at any time, and you can ask to speak with a staff member at any point in a conversation.

4) Pricing and financing
Prices on this website are provided for general information, reflect our pricing as of the date posted and may change. Your final price is confirmed before treatment. Financing through Cherry and CareCredit is provided by those companies and is subject to their credit approval and terms.

Before-and-after photos on this website show actual Aesthetica patients. Individual results vary.
6) Photos and information you send us
If you send us photos for a quote or consultation, you confirm that the photos are of you or that you have permission to send them. You allow us to use them to evaluate your hair loss and prepare your treatment options. We do not use your photos in marketing without your written permission.
7) Our content
The text, logos and original photos on this website belong to Aesthetica Hair Restoration and may not be copied or reused without our permission. See our Image Use & Copyright page.
8) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to interfere with the website’s operation, or to copy or scrape its content by automated means.
